  • Retail Sales Associate


    We have a part-time (20-30 hours per week) Retail Sales Associate opening at our Wollnick's General Store located in Downtown Spokane. As a Retail Associate, you will be an integral part of bringing the magic of Wollnick's to life. Sales Associates provide outstanding customer service, meet sales goals and demonstrate superior product knowledge to customers to create a shopping experience that will make the customer feel welcome and comfortable.


    • Meet sales goals by utilizing sales techniques and communicating product knowledge to the customer
    • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
    • Maintain pricing and visual standards.
    • Build and maintain a solid customer following through excellent customer service
    • Maintain standards in merchandise handling, presentation, loss prevention and all other duties as directed by Store Manager.

  • Warehouse Clerk


    The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for receiving, counting, organizing, preparing shipments and maintaining the inventory of products at the etailz, Inc., processing facility in the Spokane Valley Industrial Park.



    • Assist shipping and receiving by checking in merchandise and preparing for processing.
    • Read work orders, shipping orders or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered or distributed and/or shipped.
    • Move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areas.
    • Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color or product code.
    • Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe for workers and visitors.
    • Assemble orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves, or relocate orders to a holding area or shipping department.
    • Mark materials with identifying information using appropriate method.
    • Open bales, crates and other containers.
    • Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed via appropriate computer program.
    • Assist in counting of physical inventory.
    • May be assigned facilities maintenance duties as needed.
    • Prepare parcels for shipping.
    • Sweep, dust and mop. Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times.


    • 1 year of work experience in warehouse or logistics
    • Intermediate computer navigation skills, plus 1 year Microsoft Excel experience
    • Prior experience utilizing UPS shipping methods/systems preferred
    • Ability to stand for moderate periods of time, as well as ability to bend and reach to move up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
    • Attention to detail; with ability to manage own priorities and deadlines

  • Accountant


    Performs a variety of finance, accounting and reporting activities for the company utilizing technical accounting knowledge, excellent communication, collaboration as well as problem solving skills. 


    • Perform various periodic accounting reconciliations
    • Assist with the preparation, review, analysis and filing of periodic state and local tax returns
    • Analyze and review complex and detailed data in order to ensure accuracy and completeness
    • Review and process semi-monthly payroll
    • Assist with month end close process
    • General accounting duties as assigned


    • Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance required
    • 2-3 years of of progressive work experience in accounting
    • Excellent analytical, problem solving and quantitative skills
    • Strong computer skills, including advanced MS Excel and the ability to learn new software (an Excel knowledge test will be administered)

  • Inventory Coordinator


    The Inventory Clerk assists with the coordination, movement and accounting of physical on-hand inventory and off-site inventory warehoused at Amazon.


    • Assist in managing physical inventory including checking in shipments, pack-sizing and sendbacks.
    • Assist in contacting vendors to return damaged or defective products.
    • Assist in identifying and managing Fullfillled By Amazon send backs.
    • Maintain miss-received products in Amazon.
    • Manage miss-received SKUs to ensure they have proper pricing and are associated with the correct ASIN in etailz internal systems.
    • Maintain merged listings to keep Channel Max and internal systems up-to-date.
    • Organize Amazon listings to ensure only two offers for any ASIN.
    • Assist in managing International unfulfillables by finding wholesale contacts to offload unfulfillable products for cash.
    • Remove and reconcile long term storage products.
    • Occassionally assist with customer service issues.


    • Associates degree preferred
    • Intermediate Excel experience required

  • Temporary Warehouse Support


    The Temporary Warehouse Support is responsible for receiving, counting, organizing, preparing shipments and maintaining the inventory of products at the etailz, Inc., warehouse located in the Spokane Valley Industrial Park.

  • IT Support Manager


    The Systems/IT Administrator is an integral member of the IT team. The Systems/IT Administrator works in collaboration with other leaders in etailz to ensure that all systems and tools are installed, optimized and functioning efficiently in order to enable optimum business operations.


    • Architect, implement, and maintain systems to ensure scalability, security, performance and reliability
    • Provide recommendations on existing database and systems infrastructure to allow for future growth as well as scalability
    • Document database designs using applicable modeling tools
    • Analyze system performance; identify problems and implement solutions; review and tune complex SQL statement
    • Participate in hands-on development of database solutions
    • Monitor database space and capacity, estimate sizing and growth requirements
    • Design and manage replication, backup and recovery processes
    • Spearhead the design and implementation of server virtualization
    • Manage day to day IT support for company staff members
    • Assist with management and tracking of assets, software licenses, software updates, process flow and system reports
    • Manage user accounts associated with network and business applications

    • Perform data entry of pricing information.

  • Product Development Specialist


    etailz, inc. is hiring a qualified and motivated Product Development Specialist to build and expand etailz product portfolio of private label products across multiple product categories in which etailz is currently involved. Product categories feature (but are not limited to) Kitchen & Dining, Health & Personal Care, Sports and Outdoors, and Consumer Electronics. The etailz product development team is responsible for researching, developing, and launching new products for etailz, Inc.


    • Grow company revenues by developing and launching new products.
    • Define product vision.
    • Work with suppliers and manufacturers to deliver quality products.
    • Ensure products safety compliance.
    • Work with vendors to identify issues with incoming products.
    • Advise vendors on best practices and methods to correct issues.

    The Pricing & Cost Analyst is a detail-oriented person that will help manage our monthly pricing initiatives and assist with supplier cost entry. This position will be responsible for supporting Accounting, Purchasing and Supplier Relations. The ideal candidate for this role will have an entrepreneurial personality, work well individually as well as part of a team, be outgoing, and as well be a self-motivator.


    • Process and Review Pricing Abnormalities and Correct as needed
    • Data Entry of relevant 2nd and 3rd party costs into proprietary software
    • Communicate with relevant departments and/or suppliers
