  • Josh Neblett is a co-founder and CEO of etailz. Josh’s passionate leadership at etailz inspires a fun and dynamic work culture, and his relentless focus on innovation has served as a catalyst for etailz’ continuous year over year growth. Josh earned his Bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance and his MBA in entrepreneurship, both from Gonzaga University. Josh has been recognized for his entrepreneurial efforts both locally and nationally. He enjoys working with emerging entrepreneurs and local students. Josh takes great pleasure in his family, friends, traveling, poker and all things sports.

  • Sarah Wollnick is a co-founder and Vice President of Supplier Relations at etailz. Sarah has been dedicated in her efforts to improve the way etailz interacts with suppliers. Her methods have forged lasting relationships, which have grown the company. Sarah earned her MBA and Bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in ethics and human resource management, both from Gonzaga University. Sarah’s passion for eco-friendly products was instrumental in the development and growth of GreenCupboards, now etailz.

  • Tom has 25 years of experience as an investment banker, venture capitalist, angel investor and entrepreneur. His venture capital investment activities were conducted through Northwest Venture Associates (NWVA). Between 1996 and 2008, NWVA raised and invested over $125 million in emerging northwest companies. Tom was also a Managing Director in Dain Bosworth's Seattle-based investment banking group and managed public offerings, private placements and mergers and acquisitions for multiple companies in the region. Tom is currently President of the Spokane Angel Alliance. He also serves as Vice Chair of the Mobius Science Center and is on the Advisory Board for the University of Washington's Foster School of Business.

    etailz, Inc., is looking for a self-motivated Lead Generation Associate to identify and track trending products and brands online and maintain our internal lead database.

    Responsibilities

    • Generate new leads by conducting online research to identify trending products and brands for etailz to source
    • Research, analyze and organize the leads circulating through our internal database
    • Maintain and update the database of new and existing leads

This position requires an employee who enjoys working with numbers, analyzing data, and mastering a recurring task.

  • Inventory Clerk

    overview

    The Inventory Clerk at the etailz Processing Facility assists in the liquidation and cost recovery of etailz’ inventory by performing various tasks and utilizing different avenues of liquidation. This Clerk is responsible for accurately and efficiently processing and tracking incoming and outgoing inventory while working closely with the Inventory Management Team and maintaining strong communication with the Finance Department.

    Responsibilities

    • Ship processed orders
    • Update and maintain inventory levels on a daily basis
    • Assist in finding new avenues of liquidation

    The part-time (20-30 hours per week) Retail Sales Associate at our Wollnick's General Store in Downtown Spokane is an integral part of bringing the magic of Wollnick's to life. Sales Associates provide outstanding customer service, meet sales goals and demonstrate superior product knowledge to customers to create a shopping experience that will make the customer feel welcome and comfortable.

    Responsibilities

    etailz, Inc. is seeking a qualified, motivated Product Development Specialist to build and expand etailz' product portfolio of private label products across multiple product categories. Product categories feature (but are not limited to) Kitchen & Dining, Health & Personal Care, Sports and Outdoors, and Consumer Electronics. The etailz product development team is responsible for researching, developing, and launching new products for etailz, Inc.

    Responsibilities

    • Grow company revenues by developing and launching new products
    • Define product vision

    The Supplier Relations Specialist is required to identify new-to-market products, and successfully establish a working business relationship with the prospective suppliers. This position is responsible for building and maintaining these relationships, while providing the vendors with access to our multi-channel distribution model. Candidates should have the desire and ability to cold call on potential vendors. The best candidates will have an entrepreneurial personality, work well individually and as part of a team, be outgoing, persistent and able to hit weekly goals and metrics.

    • Research and analyze potential new-to-market brands
    • Negotiate and build relationships with prospective suppliers to gain trust and necessary information; this includes cold calls, emails and ongoing follow-up
