    About the Company
    etailz is a rapidly growing ecommerce company based in Downtown Spokane. Since our beginning in 2008 we have
    grown to 200 employees with operations in the US, Europe and Canada. etailz primary business is to help our partners
    grow their businesses via ecommerce strategies specifically focused on 3rd party platforms such as Amazon, Jet.com, and
    eBay. In addition we provide services such as consulting, marketing design and implementation, and also run a retail
    store as well as a large warehouse processing facility. etailz is a subsidiary of FYE Stores (NASDAQ Ticker: TWMC) based
    out of Albany, NY.


    About the Role
    This position is responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of all financial information and reporting. In addition the
    CFO/Finance director is responsible for managing four direct reports with a total team size of 25 people within the functions
    of Accounting, Financial and Management reporting. This role is responsible to ensure that all financial statements are
    prepared within tight deadlines and ensuring that all data is reviewed for accuracy and completeness. As part of a
    growing company the person in this role will wear many hats, must be willing and able to get into the weeds on a daily
    basis, will need to be an expert within US GAAP and will need to be a confident leader. This position reports to the COO.

     

    About the Candidate
    The candidate who will be a success in this role will need to possess a variety of traits including being an excellent
    problem solver, communicator, coach and leader, collaborator, accountant, having the ability and desire to learn, grow
    and possess excellent technical skills in a variety of software systems including Excel, Netsuite and Power BI.
    The person who will be the best fit for this role may have a variety of skills, experience and education but in general we
    are seeking candidates who have:
    * > 5 years finance/accounting experience and > 10 years work experience
    * At least some experience managing accounting teams
    * 4 year degree or greater in Accounting
    * Prefer candidates with CPA license
    * Prefer candidates with SOX experience

  • Product Data Analyst I

    The Product Analyst focuses primarily on working closely with the Purchasing Team and the Purchasing Relations team in order to help build product depth. This position requires extensive Excel knowledge and close attention to detail to find product opportunities online. This position requires someone who enjoys working with numbers, analyzing data and innovating data systems.

    Responsibilities

    • Analyze and review complex and detailed data to ensure accuracy and completeness
    • Conduct competitive analyses for products being sold by other online retailers
    • Manage product data from various online sources
    • List new products for other members of the purchasing team
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • BA/BS in Economics, Finance, Business or related field
    • Strong computer skills, including advanced MS Excel and the ability to learn new software
      • Visual Basic Skills Preferred
    • Some SQL skills are highly preferential

  • Product Analyst

    etailz is looking for an autonomous, self-starter, to research and analyze products sold on our e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will have the initiative to learn as they go and can provide concise, professional recommendations on product selection.

    Responsibilities

    • Research and analyze product leads to determine if the product meets marketplace standards.
    • Communicate recommendations, based on thorough analysis, on product selection.
    • Identify potential issues with product selection and listings.
    • Utilize Microsoft Excel to track product listings and manipulate data.

    Qualifications

    • Associate's degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • 1 year of professional work experience, preferably in research-based position
    • Microsoft Excel proficiency required

  • Senior Accountant

    The Sr. Accountant performs a variety of finance, accounting and reporting activities for the company utilizing technical accounting knowledge, excellent communication, collaboration as well as problem solving skills.

    Responsibilities

    • Perform various periodic accounting reconciliations for US and International markets
    • Analyze and review complex and detailed data for accuracy and completeness
    • Assist with implementation of and ongoing SOX compliance
    • Assist with annual audit and quarterly reviews
    • Assist with month end close process
    • General accounting duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance required
    • 4+ years of progressive work experience in accounting
    • SOX and internal controls experience required
    • Excellent analytical, problem solving, communication and quantitative skills
    • Strong computer skills, including advanced MS Excel and the ability to learn new software (an Excel knowledge test will be administered)
    • Knowledge of systems and software for accounting and ancillary functions

    etailz, Inc., needs an exceptional and highly capable Netsuite Administrator to help improve company-wide work flow processes and CRM capabilities.

    Responsibilities

    • Work with business stakeholders to analyze the needs of the business and support their optimized use of NetSuite.
    • Enhance and optimize the current NetSuite system.
    • Document system requirements and changes.
    • Maintain user access, roles and rights.
    • Support user requests for new searches, reports, KPI’s and dashboards.
    • Perform configuration, change management and testing activities, as required.
    • Manage all NetSuite enhancements, integrations, and customizations.
