  • ACCOUNTANT - TEMPORARY

    overview

    This position will perform a variety of finance, accounting and reporting activities for the company utilizing technical accounting knowledge, excellent communication, collaboration as well as problem solving skills.     Our proprietary software is the foundation of everything we do at etailz. The etailz Development Team develops, maintains and improves our internal software solutions. The Software Developer is responsible for the coding, testing and debugging of software programs.     OVERVIEW

    etailz has an immediate opening for a VP of Finance. This position will be integral to the continued growth of the company by providing leadership to the financial analysis team. The VP of Finance will report to the CEO and focus on financial analysis and forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting and financial consulting. Strong candidates for this position will have relevant experience in a multi-channel retail environment.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • As a member of the executive leadership team at etailz, manage and oversee the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) department.
    • Synthesize, summarize and provide critical thinking for senior executives on financial matters across the company’s various business units
    • Identify inconsistencies within the business units and set standards for budgeting, performance metrics and reporting

    • Work directly with full time compliance team to screen products for compliance issues and ensure all proper documentation.
    • This job will entail training on compliance regulations and Amazon guidelines.
    • Using this training, the intern will screen products and listings for issues, annotate the issues and work with the full time compliance team to address the issues.
    • Additional duties will include analyzing and organizing both paper and digital compliance documents.
