  • Account Manager - German Market

    In this role you are responsible for to identifying and assessing partnership opportunities with etailz’s partners by creating a process and tailored brand plan to move the relationships forward. Partnership opportunities must include alignment of vision and goals for both the brand and etailz.

    Responsibilities:

    • Drive growth for our vendor accounts, by developing a growth strategy that involves: selection expansion, marketplace expansion, premium pricing, traffic-driving initiatives, and data quality improvement to increase conversion
    • Understand the vision, mission and goal of each vendor and develop an aligned holistic brand plan
    • Responsible for implementing and executing growth strategies that improve market share by improving a vendor’s reputation, position on marketplace, and customer experience.
    • Set proper expectations and provide clear status updates
    • Assess, manage, and validate vendors’ needs on an ongoing basis
    • Act as the primary point of contact and the "face of etailz" with our vendors
    • Build strong communication channels at all levels of the vendors' organizations
    • Mentor Associate level employees to help with their growth into a Coordinator
    • Continually lead by example and provide training to the team as time permits.
    • Be a team player by always acting with the best intentions of the team in mind.
    • Continually innovate on tools, and services that would be beneficial to our partners and employees

    Qualifications:

    • Fluent in German when communicating in person, over the phone and in writing
    • 1+ year of work experience in account management, sales & marketing preferred
    • 1+ year of experience in a supplier relations position preferred
    • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
    • Ability to educate a vendor about marketplaces and etailz
    • Ability to listen to a company’s overarching goal and create an aligned marketplace plan to achieve these goals
    • Ability to be the liaison between internal departments in order to optimize product selection, content, marketing and overall representation of a brand

  • Buyer

    An etailz Buyer utilizes internal software to analyze inventory movement, margin, competition and other online factors to make purchasing decisions. The Buyer works closely with the Purchase Order Management team to communicate any special requests for shipping to the warehouse, discounts, or terms. To excel in this position, you should enjoy working with numbers, analyzing data, and mastering a recurring task.

    Responsibilities

    • Analyze inventory movement, margin, and competition
    • Maintain stock across all SKUs within designated buyer categories
    • Identify necessary market trends when making purchasing decisions
    • Communicate special requests with Purchase Order Management and Partner Optimization
    • Other duties as assigned

    The Product Analyst focuses primarily on working closely with the Purchasing Relations team in order to help build product depth. This position requires extensive Excel knowledge and close attention to detail to find product opportunities online. This position requires someone who enjoys working with numbers, analyzing data and innovating data systems.

    Responsibilities

    • Analyze and review complex and detailed data to ensure accuracy and completeness
    • Conduct competitive analyses for products being sold by other online retailers
    • Manage product data from various online sources
    • List new products for other members of the purchasing team

    Qualifications

    • BA/BS in Economics, Finance, Business or related field
    • Strong computer skills, including advanced MS Excel and the ability to learn new software (an Excel knowledge test will be administered)

  • Chief Financial Officer

    This position is responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of all financial information and reporting. In addition, the CFO/Finance Director is responsible for managing two direct reports with a total team size of 25 people within the functions of Accounting and Financial Planning & Analysis. This role is responsible to ensure that all financial statements are prepared within tight deadlines and ensuring that all data is reviewed for accuracy and completeness. This person will need to be an expert within US GAAP and will need to be a confident leader.  This position reports to the CEO.

     


    The candidate who will be a success in this role will need to possess a variety of traits including being an excellent problem solver, communicator, coach and leader, collaborator, accountant, having the ability and desire to learn, grow and possess excellent technical skills in a variety of software systems including Excel, Netsuite and Power BI.  The person who will be the best fit for this role may have a variety of skills, experience and education but in general we are seeking candidates who have:
    * 5+ years Finance/Accounting experience and 10+ years work experience
    * Experience managing Accounting teams
    * 4 year degree, or greater, in Accounting
    * CPA license required
    * Prefer candidates with SOX experience

    etailz, Inc., needs an exceptional and highly capable Netsuite Administrator to help improve companywide work flow processes and CRM capabilities.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop, test and deploy customizations, custom objects, and new functionality based on evolving business needs.
    • Propose system design/enhancements based on problems and product requirements.
    • Develop and create customized reports and dashboards for designated users and roles.
    • Act as subject matter expert on NetSuite functionality and system design.
    • Work with management, Accounting, Finance and Software Development departments to scope work and product estimates to help define deliverables and timelines.
    • Work with business stakeholders to analyze the needs of the business and support their optimized use of NetSuite.
    • Document system requirements and changes.
    • Maintain user access, roles and rights.
    • Support user requests for new searches, reports, KPI’s and dashboards.
    • Perform configuration, change management and testing activities, as required.
    • Manage all NetSuite enhancements, integrations, and customizations.

    Qualifications

    • 2 years of experience with NetSuite administration, or 4 years’ experience with alternative cloud based ERP and CRM, required.
    • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience, required.
    • Understanding of general accounting principles, including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), preferred.
    • Experience working with multi-region / country administration, preferred.
    • NetSuite integration and customization experience.
    • Experience mapping processes and creating new processes.
    • Ability to interact with internal clients, assess business challenges and collaboratively define solutions to address key business problems.
